oh my god, i swear j.k. rowling is the devil sent to punish bookstore employees. and btw, my bookstore had a REALLY good system for getting people in an out -having them pay upfront for literally months in advance if they wanted to, up to the last minute, and receiving pre-sale vouchers that we merely scanned before handing them their books- and we had EVERYONE out in less than fifteen minutes! aside from stragglers who were still coming in and those who had to buy vouchers in the cafe.
