Yep,recycling can be a pain,but the thing that makes it worth it for me is that my family's garbage volume would be twice what it is now if we didn't recycle,and that bothers me!
Now if I could only get other people in the neighborhood to do the same then I'd feel much better! It's really rather pathetic how many DON'T. :(
So far I love LJ,too,and can't imagine really wanting to go anywhere else...anyhoo,I hope your day gets better and you get to slow down a bit! Oh,and please take me with you to get a manicure/pedicure! That sounds like so much fun!! *insert pathetic begging here* :D
Hmm. I suppose you could say taking out trash and recycling is prepping for the more luxurious side of life. You're having such fun! Good for you! I'm jealous of the massage!! One year DW gave me a full-body massage with a masseuse (sp?) for my birthday. Ahhhhhhh! It works wonders! Hope it does for both of you! As for lj, well, I've tried to leave a few times... as Bertie says,"mom, admit it, you're addicted to lj". -- Not to mention people like you make it worthwhile staying! (BIG SMILE!)
