First, let me mention that icon - it is so beautiful! You look so sexy, too!
Now, as for complaining and snarking a bit... LOL, it's actually refreshing! Not that I want people to complain and I know you rarely do, but it just puts a rounded personality to the whole scene AND it makes someone like me remember not to bitch too much about little stuff.
