This is a wonderful entry! Right off the cuff and releasing all that energy without holding back very much. Yes, good for the soul and good for the body! Also noticed you spelled out 'vacation' this time...hee, hee... I chuckle every time I see 'vaca'... the word meaning cow in Romanian as well as Spanish if I remember right. Enjoy those vacations!
