Nothing is ever simple with Apple. Never. THANK YOU!!! I thought I was the only one. The only thing I have that is Apple is an ipod touch that I use mostly in my car to listen to audio books and some music once in a while. I have to use itunes for the music. Always a pia!!! Always!!!! I use audible for the books. A piece of cake.

You're not the only one, Kathy. I refuse to have anything to do with Apple. Android all the way!

I was basically moved to Apple products kicking and screaming all the way, Donna (as you already know!!!).

I'm more familiar with these devices than I generally admit, but still...

Some days... Hahaha.

Kathy, iTunes is another very annoying subject! Just when you figure out how to use it, they change it drastically. I'm pretty good at this stuff, but I'm constantly struggling with Apple products.

And don't get me started with the ridiculous way it deals with text! I get very tired of backspacing through things to make changes. How does that make sense?

I have many friends with non-Apple devices, and I totally understand why...

Sorry I didn't see this sooner as I had the same problem with my iPhone, but eventually figured it out.

You can also move them around on the computer it is synced with when you're backing it up...

Frank, what doesn't make sense is how hard it is to even look for the issue, much less find a solution!

Once you know the trick, it's easy. But you must know the trick!

And it's the opposite of previous versions! How does that make sense?

I just don't get the reasoning. Or Apple's arrogance. Beyond annoying (and yesterday was already difficult...).
