My insulin is on automatic refills and has been for years., must be some kind of rule in your clinic that is different.

I want that!!! I find it annoying that it's not!

They told me it was because you adjust your dose. But I almost NEVER do that. (I hate changing something like the amount. Once it appears to work, I stick with it.)

I need to talk this over with my doctor (nurse practitioner, actually). But not sure how soon that will be...

Marilyn calls it 'practicing medicine' -- maybe they'll improve as they go along. Haha.

I use express scripts for my meds. I am sure you can get your insulin the way you want. There certainly is no law against it. Even if you change the doses, it can still come to you.. Your doctor just needs to order it that way. Mine orders it 3 months at a time for a year.

Wow, you'd think insulin would be something that would be good for auto-renew...
Hope they find a way to help you out with that.
