Did you see my comment about Chrome Remote Desktop? it's an easy to install free chrome app that I think will fix your problem. Here's how to adjust the settings so you can get remote access after you install it on both PC's: http://superuser.com/questions/583602/how-to-set-chrome-remote-desktop-connection-to-never-timeout

Thanks, Karen. Actually, Donn and I vetted it at length months back, but it had some very inconsistent behaviors, I'm afraid. We had it fail quite frequently. I was originally using it rather successfully, then that stopped. Too bad, as I felt it had a lot of potential...

Thank you, again, for the suggestion. I'm sure it's been updated since we tried it, so it's probably worth a second look!
