Sister Sue and I went to Starbucks very early today. (She had just dropped Nicole off at school.) She bought me a Venti drink (my usual coffee frap) and a pastry as a bday treat -- very sweet of her. We talked a ton about her cribbage trip and things at work

The shootings were so upsetting and why all of this violence in the United States. It is sick. Loved being with you yesterday and thank you both so much for letting me keep the money. I hope I can save it and get a perm before Christmas. Will see if that can happen. You got lots done, good for you. Will miss being with you on your birthday if you must work Friday too.
