Well since we did not get to talk today, I am pleased to learn more about what they found. Now I wonder what if anything they can do about all of these findings. I wonder why he biopsied both things. It would be nice to not have the read out with the doctor when you are so out of it, and thank goodness that Marilyn was there and heard it all.
I am going over to Dot's with Eugene in the morning to play some cribbage. After that I will be home most of the week-end. Take good care of yourself and get some rest.
Sorry for all the pain and swelling. I hope it goes away soon.
I also have a hiatal hernia, as did my father. They aren't fun. One of the reasons I gave up caffeine was because they said that might make it better. And, it does seem to have done so. But, that isn't an easy thing to give up.
I also find Prilosec helps a lot. But, it takes having one every day.
Manolo has a hiatal hernia...so did his mother and he's learned to live with it. They only recommend surgery in very extreme cases but antacids and omeprazole usually work a charm if you can take them. I hope the nasty after-effects are gone soon.
