Best. Salad. Ever.

I have become obsessed with this perfect salad, and you, dear readers, get to enjoy the fruits of my labor. Keep in mind that by “best” I mean best for my particular palate. But seriously, this is really good -- I always end up wanting more than one bowl.

Dude, I need to try that - I think I've only had it on pizzas in restaurants, I discovered woefully late the delicious land that is gorgonzola.
