moderated posting

Hi guys,

Sorry again to anyone who saw the spam post, and that I didn't fix it quicker, I just got back from holiday.

I've decided to put the community on moderated posting since this seems to happen quite frequently. Hope this doesn't bother anyone too much.

moderated posting is the best idea, I have it in all my comms and don't think it's a problem for anyone. It's not to prevent members from posting but to keep the comm lean and friendly
