Growing up does suck. Last year I graduated college and had to do the whole real world thing. No fun. I made myself move out of my mom's house, then instantly regretted when I couldn't find a job. Thankfully my dad gave me one, but I'm moving to Rhode Island this summer so it's going to be the real real world.
And I am fairly certain I ignored my 20th birthday. If it doesn't happen it's not real :P
And drink all you want, especially drinks named after desserts :) I just ordered a tub of Sangria Slushy mix.
Don't I know it?! I've resisted as long as possible, but with the split coming up I'm gonna be forced to face it. Really I've got Peter Pan syndrome or something!
The good thing is, I've got an old friend who needs a place to stay for a couple months and if I can get in good with him, he can help hook me up with a job and we can be roomies once I leave the house I'm in now.
And I'm thinking I'll take your advice on ignoring it. I'm not a huge cake fan anyways so the most I'd do for a party is get someone to buy a shit-ton of alcohol. I can do that anyways and disguise it as a gradparty for my two little sisters! lol
I've never had Sangria in slushy form? lol But one night my older sister and I made 'Front Lawn Margaritas' by mixing watermelon Smirnoff, wine coolers and ice in the blender. We had to use and extension cord and blend them in the front yard b/c it was 2am and everyone was asleep. haha It was fun though.
