It is after much deliberation and many flip flops, that I have decided that it is time for me to retire as a CRG bench coach. The outcome of this season for the Chi-Tahs is, by no means, my reason for doing this. On the contrary it made the decision that much harder. My recent promotion at work is demanding so much more time, energy and travel that I just can't seem to muster the focus that you all deserve. I think that my time as a bench coach played a big factor in getting this position as a team lead for 10+ people on a $120 million per year project.
I'm not leaving CRG as I plan to stay involved in bout production and do what I can to help you all succeed...there is just no way I can walk away from you lovely ladies.
I'm more than willing to pass on any knowledge that I might have, to anybody interested in taking over my spot. The Torment Tournament will probably be the best place to start that. I'll still make as many practices as I can.
