I think I'll give the middle one a try. Dry cranberries are easier to get this time of year and are much less sour than fresh.

Never had any of this kind of mustard before but it sounds interesting for use with leftovers. now if only there was some way to use up jellied cranberries for this.

I'd rather use jellied cranberries than raw. Raw ones are both bitter and sour. I'm not sure anything but heat would make them palatable.

I was considering mixing mustard and jellied cranberries and see what happened.

We tried cranberry honey mustard when we were all really hungry, used as a dip for chicken strips. It works for chicken strips and turkey sandwiches and pulled pork but nothing else, according to my youngest.
