YUMMMM!! You can also wrap that in pie crust either pre-made from the store or your own. Pinch the crust almost closed at the top but leave a hole so it can breathe as it's baking. Bake until the crust is golden brown. When I've done this I have added just a little more of the good stuff (brown sugar, cinnamon and butter). Not much but a little more, it just seems to need it.
This makes great individual little "Apple" pies. ;)
