His behavior is the kind that will develop into something much, much worse. Normally, I don't support the whole "slippery slope" approach to things, but when dealing with the situation . . .
Well, I think you are within your rights to demand much, much more.
Yeah, I really think they should have at least put the boy in for counciling, if nothing else.
Brenda's just glad that the jerk is out of her class - but I don't think he's just going to magically stop the behavior because of that. Other girls are liable to have to deal with him now.
Yeah. He needs to be watched very closely. Perhaps Brenda could help other girls he may molest? (In that - she can help them put up the complaint when he acts? Give them something to lean on?)
Did you ever find out why the Vice Principal blew you off? Because that was messed up, too.
Part of me thinks you should draw some attention on that. His attitude is the reason that people like me, who try to keep a more logical viewpoint, are now being called "part of the problem."
While I am glad they are dealing with the issue, I don't think it's enough. How do you and Brenda feel about it? Does she feel safe going to school? Do you feel there should have been involvement from the police? What are your thoughts now after all is said and done?
The school district is Buena, by the way- sorry I forgot to answer that last time.
I think they should have done more about it, certainly- but Brenda's just glad that the guy isn't in her class anymore.
I'm fairly certain that the behaviour isn't just going to magically stop- so if he gets in trouble in his next gym class, I'm hoping they'll take more action.
I really would have prefered that they talked to the police, or at least required that he go to counceling.
I think that I would still talk to the police. I mean, if it happens again and a police report was never filed, then it looks like the first time. Ya know? I don't know. As a Mother, I don't think I'd be satisfied with the outcome either. The way I see it is they are really falling every girl in that school.

Well at least Brenda senses some relief.
