Tried some freeze-dried basil this week -- wanted fresh bunches but they didn't have any when I went grocery shopping. Working pretty good now that I've got a handle on amounts. Used a bit too much on the chicken this week and it ended up overpowering the chicken alfredo. Fortunately it was still edible, just a bit strong for my liking.
