I was just thinking about you the other day and wondering how you are doing.

I had to move into a week-by-week "hotel". Only 1 room with fridge, hotplate and bathtub. Lack of $$ is disturbing ad unpleasant. I live many miles from work. No buses. No $$ for a cab. And because of a serious fall 4 years ago, I need to use a Walker and take pain killers. {YUCK}

But I only get depressed for hours a week, not full time. Due to my long walks, my stability and balance is steadily improving.

When I first moved I was nervous as I moved to a wretchedly poor neighborhood. But folks are all friendly and nice.

The most wretched I meet seem to be on shrink meds which do far more harm than good. Chain smoking drunks wo are homeless. But evn they appreciate me greeting them as I walk past them.

oh Alobar, you are the one whom i do not see over on FB that I miss from here most.

I keep intending to come here but half the time the site is not cooperative. This post was on FB, and seemed like it belonged here.

I have also been thinking of you....a year ago my AC1 hit prediabetic range and I've adapted your way of dining much more :)...now it's normal again.

I truly wish we lived in closer proximity to each other !

Glad your blood sugar is in control. Sugar control really helps my mood sings!

I'd love it if we were closer. I'd love to get to know you face-to-face
