You will need to be in Paddingon for about 4.30.

Take the Heathrow Express to Heathrow and it'll get you there in plenty of time.

The underground ticket shouldn't cost more than £10 and you can get it at Paddington from any one of the booths or the ticket windows. Ask for a one day travelcard. That will give you all zones.
