It's just a meme, that the last point of a list (e.g. to-do list) should always be "PROFIT!" See for example the hover text on this comic.

That's ok; it's mostly an exercise for me to try and write more. It's usually not an exercise in quality. More like those scenes in "Airplane" where everytime Striker is telling his life story to someone, that person kills themselves. Heh.
