The TV channel Dave not only shows old programmes but apparently old adverts too. Twice last night I saw an advert for Milky Way chocolate that I haven't seen for about 20 years. After a disturbing spell of nostalgia I thought about the advert and in this age of childhood obesity I'm not sure if it is an advert that will work. Surely todays kids

heh, when me and adam and liz saw that advert recently we wait straight out and bought some milkyways. susceptible, us? :D

They've changed the advert so it doesn't talk about not spoiling your appetite anymore, probably so they didn't get done for promoting chocolate as healthy.

It's going to bug me now... "He eats everything he sees, from ___ to prickly trees.."

I guess it's more disturbing that I remember all but one word after (what indeed turns out to be) 20 years ;-)
