The fact of the matter is there's little to say... First the GOP has enough votes to confirm him, and secondly he has managed to maintain his viability by writing very little law on which anyone can hang anything.
I agree everyone is awaiting the next nomination to see where Bush goes with it.

Originally when he was replacing O'Connor people were flipping, but now that it's Reinquist, most people are a bit more resigned, if a bit grudgingly.
Me? I just think it's going to be interesting to have such a young guy leading a bunch of geriatrics.
