I don't know. Ratatosk would know more, but I don't know what he was talking about. I don't remember what went on while he was writing at all. I was just outside one minute, and the next I was in my room with something half-written in front of me.

The last time things changed suddenly like that, there was trouble. Do you think something bad could have happened to Ratatosk?

They're...well, spirits. They were supposed to help maintain the mana balance back where I come from. I don't know why one ended up coming here with me, but I know he's probably important.
