[Fast forward, wrap-up]

Well, that was hectic. Galvatron, on the bridge of the Dis, mentally reviews the last half hour and decides that, overall, it was time well spent. The Dis is on its way out from Tau Ceti, leaving a trail of wreckage a hundred and fifty miles long streaming in its wake - shouldn't have fired on us, should you, idiots! - and everyone the Von Octane's ( Read more... )

After straightening everything with the kid and his builders on the Express, Duskwing flits over to the Dis to look in on the rest of his one-time, impromptu charges ( ... )

*looks round, straight at Duskwing* *fractional nod, and a smile, in answer to the salute*

((Devi, if Steadfast wants to get back into play with the others, Galvatron's happy to send her to keep an eye on the rest of the Decepticons.

Well, she wouldn't "rather trust the Autobots," exactly, but she would want to go where she's needed, esp. if ordered/sent by Galvatron.

So yes, let's go with that.))

Basi is still quietly out of the way over against the wall, not far from Cureall, and - Well of Transformation? Her eyes widen very slightly at the possibilities, and she's unable to completely conceal the sense of eagerness that wells (ha, ha) inside her.

Unless she gets kicked off the ship when they swing by Earth, she's staying against the wall for now, plzkthx.

Wheeljack has been dragged out of a nice rest in the engineering bay of the hijacked shuttle up to the bridge of the Dis. He's tired, hungry, worn-out and black and blue. Perceptor is in worse shape, which the engineer finds the most vexing of the whole fiasco.

"Please, drop us off on Earth," Wheeljack calls. "I can't take much more of this." He wraps an arm tightly around Perceptor's waist, keeping the scientist close out of protective instinct. "We'll be fine once we get back to Earth," he murmurs for Perceptor's audios only. "Trust me. I'll get us back in our old bodies."

Perceptor nods, both in agreement with wanting to be back on Earth, and in acknowledgement of Wheeljack's quiet assertion. He shifts close, pressed to Wheeljack's side, needing the solid comfort of his - safe! - mate as much as the engineer needs to protect him. "I know," he murmurs tiredly in reply.

(( How do you feel about Skyfire coming up to meet the Dis when it arrives in Earth orbit? A familiar, if slightly unexpected, face (hull) to take people down to the surface. ))

((As I said in chat, I'd be more than fine with it. OOCly, anyhow. ICly, Steadfast might get a bit wibbly about entrusting herself to him, but nothing that can't be overcome.))

((Fine by me. Want to have him pop up in a new comment to this post? I'm not sure I can do much more with my guys from here and there's not really any need for a whole new post.))

(( That would be fine. Wheeljack's and Percy's muns happy with this idea? I know Cureall is from talking to her mun in chat, Steadfast is, and I suspect Percy's mun will be okay, but haven't talked to Wheeljack's mun about this. ))

(( Also, I made a few minor assumptions about what Cardoom & Soundwave were doing when Duskwing left them to go find Daniel. Again. Hope you don't mind. ))

(( Me post Skyfire meeting the Dis or you post Dis meeting Skyfire first? ))
