Basically, Tony (and Steve and Thor) are transported by a magic Rainbow to another realm (Like Midgard, Asgard, etc; I think it's Vanaheim but that could just be where Thor is) and the armor's not working.

Tony wakes up. His armor is not responding and then he goes into the "don't be a coffin" mantra. :D

Technically it's called the Rainbow Bridge but it's a Rainbow. It's actually part of Norse mythology. :|
