I figured you might want to know about pages like this one (there are many that access the LJ-meta-page and create these image lists):
http://www.nonexiste.net/lj.php?count=150&refresh=86400
... and then check into this post to opt-out:
http://community.livejournal.com/copywrong/137681.html
... before you post any more friends-only images, which are visible to everyone via the above mechanism. :-(
