Shit, it made sense when I copied it from the browser. Oh well the Internet is hard and I am a girl. Anyway Vouvray is a DOC classification of French wine that comes from the central Loire Valley. It is made of from the Chenin Blanc grape and can be sweet (demi-sec) or dry (sec) and still or sparkling. The sparkling wine from this region is lovely and far superior for flavor to any "Champagne" from the U.S. and cheaper by a great margin to any real Champagne.
Ick..I've just finished writing the better portion of a wine glossary for the restaurant that employs me and it is a lot of BS like the paragraph above. Being an adult is disgusting sometimes....and delicious.
