Hi Nicole, are you heading to Budapest soon? Great choice ;) Another must-visit which I've not featured here is the Castle Hill area, where you'll see the Chain Bridge, Buda Castle, Fisherman's Bastion, and opposite the river, Parliament House. They are all famous landmarks so you wouldn't miss them :) Unfortunately the weather was gloomy on the day I was there so I didn't get to take many nice pictures of those places! Something which we very much regret.. not that we could control the weather anyway. Oh yes a little advice: DON'T take the night cruise down the river! Absolute waste of money. That said, I think a day cruise would be enjoyable. Hope this helps!
You're welcome :) Wow that is a month in Munich/Coburg! What are you doing there? Munich I've visited but it's such a boring place (unless you drink beer)! There's nothing much to see there that awed me except the Marienplatz. Prague was commercialised and had far too many tourists, which frustrated me. It's beautiful yes, but not quite as charming and memorable as Budapest. Well that's for me, maybe you'll think differently ;) The Prague Castle area is always worth a visit, but there will bound to be loads of tourists swarming around at this time of the year, so you'll have to be prepared not to be able to take a decent picture without many other strangers in the background.
sorry for the late response. i'm doing ok. been busy this past half of the year and expect to continue the busyness for the next half. have you graduated, btw?
