Help!

Has anybody else been having problems using LJArchive? It installed fine on my computer (I must never have reinstalled it after I reformatted and reinstalled Windows earlier this year), but when I go to open it, I get the following error:

I can't get it to work either (though I get 'cannot connect to server' rather than that error) but alas, have no idea what to do about it.

Yeah, it seems like most people who are having problems have this issue. I guess I'm just special, lol. LJBook is working now, so if you do want to backup, you can at least do a PDF backup there.
