Have just sent in the refund request for the 4-day pass I bought last year for this year's Comic-Con. I really wanted to go this year! But I just can't swing both SDCC and Dexcon, and may not even be able to swing Dexcon, now that I'll be in school and may have finals in August (not that I'm entirely sure any of the classes I'm taking even have ( Read more... )

It's the French Earl Grey - it's AMAZING!! I'm going to go have some of the last of it right now, in fact. :)

Also, if you were interested, we could totally try to do one of the chicago cons, or something, in the coming year. :P Seeing as it's only 4-5 hours drive for me, I could bring my car up even. :)

I'm super behind on fic right now so I have no new recs, but might I point you in the direction of Ask Captain Jack? It's a hilarious LJ written from a very exaggerated Jack POV and is totally good for some LOLs. He'll shoot your 21st century problems in the face!
