Got The Chronicles of Chrestomanci, Vol. One. It was the biggest cheapest one.

And... I'm typing a chunk of it up, right now. *taunt, taunt*

I just finished reading the Chrestomanci, and absolutely loved them. My first time reading them as well--must admit, the first one and last one were my favorites. :)

Also, yes. I promised to give you input on Kelly's song, and I havne't yet! Shall when I get home tonight, hopefully.

The Roos household is indeed of the Strong, and I knew that you'd like it there due to the SCA-ness of it all.

I think you may be exaggerating on the 20 lanes across and six lanes high thing. The widest I can think of are maybe parts of the 405 and the 105, and there are those flying wings that go to/from the 105 where they shot that bus jump scene from SPEED. But San Francisco? Is scarier with those double-decker freeways that collapsed during the last big earthquake. *shudder*

Standing there and singing the theme song was fun and wonderful. I defy anyone who looks at me funny for breaking out into song.

You know, I knew you wrote songs. I swear I did. But then I forgot that, and what wonderfully surprised when you sang. When I get my computer back, I'm totally going to go through your music website a lot.

Oh, no no no no. I'm not the one who experienced sushi for the first time. I have great love of sushi. That was firesignwriter who finally gave it a try.

I've been telling her for ages that it was really quite good and she refused to believe me. A fellow pirate ficcer says she should try it and she goes 'Okay.' Just like that.

Not that I'm bitter.

I can totally understand the fear of the LA highway system. So many lanes, so many offramps and onramps and so many cars. There's just a whole lot of stuff going on there. SoCalers love their cars.
