A Month...

It has been over a month since my accident and I can finally do almost everything without feeling uncomfortable. The problem with injuries to the knee (or elbow) is that it takes too long to heal and really has you struggling to do small tasks. :) It was never to lose weight, just to be fit and increase my stamina. It worked wonders actually, at the height of it I did not even catch a cold for over an year :P

My routines are little packed considering that I have to be off to work by about 7:15am 6 days a week.

Weekdays:
Walk/Jog - 15-20min
Yoga - 15-20min

Sundays:
Walk/Jog - 20-30 min
Yoga - 30-45min (depends on mood and what I plan for rest of the day)
Weights - 15min (this is pretty rarely, only if I feel like it)

I think my biggest obstacle is my diet, I tend to feel very hungry/thirsty at times and dont know if I should eat/drink something before continuing.

Ps: My job is pretty physical too, on good days spend about an hour in the outdoors, so that adds up too.
