I've always said "easy fast".

Gotcha. I can't take credit for the usage, certainly; it was in use in several of the communities I've belonged to. Sometimes as "easy and meaningful". But clearly you grasp the kernel: that the spiritual point of a fast is not necessarily "easy", but worthwhile. :-)
