Thanks for the update - glad all is well! Hope you are able to achieve your goals this year too. I sympathize with the self-care problem... I seem to be gaining weight again, but I just don't have the bandwidth to deal with it right now.
From 15-month-old land, I will tell you that exercise-with-baby starts happening as they get bigger- lifting onto and off of things, playground, general chasing around, etc. I have no idea what I weigh, but I think it is less than when Chevki was 5ish months. Solidifying sleep also does good things for general metabolism/happy-body-ness (says she whose toddler still wakes in the night).
