Take a picture of yourself right now. Don't change your clothes, don't fix your hair... just take a picture. Post that picture with NO editing. Post these instructions with your picture.
(Maimo doesn't make me cover my hair, in fact. But my intention has always been simply to wear a hat in shul, so, thus far, I've been wearing comparable things to work... because being here is kinda like being in shul all day every day. In a good way. When the novelty wears off, I may have to reevaluate, but so far I'm having fun with it.)
Oh, kippot are non-optional for anyone male. But women are not required to cover their heads (it is modern Orthodox, after all). Yes, I'm sure they'd be within their rights to ask it, but I don't see it as the same level of de rigueur as mandatory kippot, myself.
It's funny, though -- when I was interviewing, and considering whether to take the job if offered it, "are they going to make me cover my hair??" was one of my panic-button questions. I couldn't get a straight answer from my now-boss, but my predecessor assured me that there were no such rules (the only dress code is that women must wear skirts, to cover the knees when seated, and no less than short sleeves). However, knowing that I don't strictly have to makes me rather enjoy doing so. :-)
