so how many of you people believe in soul mates.
why do you believe in them.
do you think you found yours. and ill screen comments so you dont have to discuss them if i think they are to personal and will get you in trouble.

so yah. thats my question.
hopefully osmoene will actually answer back.

I believe in soul mates
But i believe that we all have an opportunity to create a soulmate as long as there is desire to do so. I believe in soulmates b/c of the facts that we are social creatures so our need to find a soulmate in inborn into us. We need to feel loved to survive as children and into adulthood. Also, our souls *if reincarnation is accurate* are more then likely intertwined w/ others that we walk this path with. Leaving the oppurtunity for a soulmate for it vast. I believe i've found mine. no fluffly cloulds for me i just need to know that it's there.

I believe they are out there and I believe they come in all kinds of forms. Partners, friends, and lovers.

We make these connections with many people who touch ours lives, yet most only see this when it is someone who is a possible lover/mate.

I believe in soulmates, I don't know why, probably because I like the idea that I was made for someone and they were made for me. I think that in today's world it's hard to find and hold onto your soul mate because of all the issues people have within themselves. We let our problems with ourselves mess up what we could have with our soulmate.

I believe that Jd is my soulmate because I feel so connected with him, even when we are angry at eachother. And I have never been so willing to compromise to make a relationship work. Not that I have to compromise very much, but if I did I don't think I would have much of a problem with it.

But who knows. Maybe my real soulmate is Brad Pitt. ;)
