Exercise

Regular exercise is good for many many reasons. My reasons are: my doctor wants me to lower my cholesterol, I'm overweight, and exercise is important for people with MS like me because it helps preserve balance and elevates mood.

Go you! :D I've been working on my fitness levels the last 4 months as well. There is a site I use that is really helpful for tracking and giving you ideas for new forms of exercise and the like, called SparkPeople. You should give it a shot! You can use it however you want, but if you like, it can suggest workouts for you, and/or meal plans. It's completely free and it's pretty darned complete. I *really* appreciate it and think it has a lot to do with my continuing to stay motivated.

Thanks for the link, I'll check it out. We have BCBS insurance and there is a wellness program on their website that I've been using to track my food and exercise.
