Congratulations on completing all thirty prompts! Aww, this is a nice piece to end with. Caz's thoughts about Betriz are very sweet, and I love the last line.

This is a lovely end to all your hard work here, and a lovely way to leave Cazaril and Betriz, very much together even while so many miles apart. How fitting that she gives him such strength at this time, and tying the flower prompt in with your previous drabble brings their story together so well. And a memorable last line to finish it all on.

Also, congratulations on doing the lot!!! I've certainly enjoyed reading them all. ♥

Thanks very much. :) This prompt felt very much like a coda to me, so I'm glad you felt that effect, too! And thank YOU for reading and commenting on them all! ♥

This is lovely -- as gilpin25 says, it's a perfect conclusion to your impressive run of posts for the event. (All it needs is a beard reference? lol)

It's sweet to see Caz finding comfort in thoughts of Betriz and home. And the references to bad poetry and mountain images gone awry made me grin. But my absolute favorite part of this is the way you have Caz thinking about his letter before he's sent it, rather than reflecting on what he's already done. There's something beautiful and hopeful about the future tense here.

Congratulations on going 30 for 30!
