I think it’s a splendid idea. I am constantly frustrated by the short-term thinking governments and this will allow him to make longer term plans for the good of the country. When I am in charge I shall make sure it is forever. Best not to ask how I am going to achieve this.
Just think, if the US presidential term was six years we’d be looking forward to another four years of Bush.
