Plotting Short Stories

So I'm doing NaShoStoMo, and it's WAY harder than I thought it would be. The rules are simple: for every day in April, write a short story. It must be at least 200 words long and it must be a complete story with a beginning, a middle and an end. there's a six word stories journal here someplace... and another blogger had us post our versions in comments to her post. My best addition was this:

Push! Cuddle. Wean. Pay tuition. Bye...

(it's not Hemingway, but neither am I)
