Dear Journal,

You’re supposed to put that at the beginning, right? I’m not sure where I am. Wherever it is, it’s beautiful, but I don’t think this is ( Read more... )

[She glances back at the journal... and does a double-take. She didn't write that. She didn't write that. But it wasn't there before...? How did it get there?]>/i>

[...Perhaps she could ask?]

What?

You'll get used to it eventually.

[She certainly hopes so. That was very startling.]

What were you saying about returning?

Believe it or not, everyone can see what you're writing. It's... actually not a private diary.

But that's

[...Well, it's not the weirdest thing she's ever heard. And there are words showing up, so obviously it's true, unless this is some elaborate trick.]

...I think I believe you.

I'm telling you because I found out the hard way. Believe me, it was not fun to realize everyone found out whom I was afraid of.

... Where are you? It sounds like you might need some help.

Well, thank you. I really appreciate it. That doesn't sound very good.

I was in... the forest? I don't know what else to call it. And now I've found some buildings. It looks like a village.

There are buildings here.

[Not at all, unfortunately for her.]

Really? I should probably go have a look, then.

Thank you.

You're welcome. Has anyone told you about this place?

Oh, even if it's not quite right, it's somewhere which is better than nowhere. Maybe you'll go on to your other somewhere after being here~ But who knows for sure.

Maybe so. Does anyone ever leave?

honeymilkandtea July 26 2009, 18:17:12 UTC
Oh, I wouldn't know. I've only been here for a short while, you see. But everywhere that one can enter, one can leave, even if it's hard to find~

Oh, I see. Sorry for asking. I guess that's true.

...Unless someone locks the door, so to speak. But then you could get it unlocked, so...

Because writing's better than doing nothing, isn't it?

chainthestars July 26 2009, 23:50:05 UTC
...But not as good as doing something.

[That handwriting definitely looks familiar. Hm.... Oh, wait, she's learned about icons by now. She'll just a little look--]

[...Oh.]

[Definitely not something she was expecting.]

Yes.

And... you?

[brb having a non-heart attack. She really should have expected to see him here, but she didn't. Silly, sill Naminé.]
