[If you look at the scenery behind Grell, it is easy to notice the wreckage that used to be Naomi's lab. The walls are still charred, the lab empty, and Naomi is obviously not there any longer. Grell, however, not concerned with anybody but himself (and Sebastian, from time to time), has no idea
