[Poll] Results are in!
Hey everyone! It's your friendly admin from chainedheart_dn again! =) We got the results from the poll in as well as responses to your concerns. It's a long post, so we have it hiding here behind the cut:
Poll results
1. Chained Heart will now use "Light" as opposed to "Raito" (59 to 47, with 34 people indifferent)
2. Chained Heart will continue to use "Ryuuzaki" as opposed to the Viz "Ryuzaki" (82 to 20, with 38 indifferent)
3. We will hopefully begin bringing you are more even mix of ratings in our projects (An overwhelming 101 people [72.1%] voted to have an even mix)
4. We will continue to use all of the hosts that we currently upload to
Responses to Individual Concerns:
Project Selection
The primary concern in all the extra comments is how we choose our upcoming projects. It starts with what doujinshi is scanned and sent to us by our scanlators, necrohamster and sakurazukalori. We are currently working on titles they have already scanned. Of course both users have their own preferences and tastes as to the type of doujinshi they buy. The list of doujin necrohamster owns can be found here and sakurazukalori has her list under a friend lock. Perhaps asking for them to scan particular doujin (off the list of things they already have!) is the best way to see your requests through. I would love to open up a poll for the doujinshi we have yet to finish, but the project is really up to what the translator has time for (I want to see Kinbaku Ouji scanlated, for example, but I don't have enough time to get that translated in order to have one release per week, so it will have to wait until we have projects stacked up ^^;...)
I will talk to both of our scanners and see if they would be up for polls concerning what is scanned next for chainedheart_dn. If they are, we can hold monthly polls at least concerning which circles to scan from next (and necrohamster seemed to be for it in our poll, so there is a pretty high probability of it going through)
Specifics on Actual Doujin
Again, we scanlate what necrohamster and sakurazukalori own. WIth concern to character relationship, we have at least 5 upcoming projects with a greater concern with plot. As for who is the seme and who is the uke, it just happens how the doujinshi artist does it =]
Hosts of Files
I get the impression that everyone has no problem getting the files, but we could happily upload our scans to places like Gigasize, Box, Badongo, SaveFIle, and FlyUpload. Please do not hesitate to comment if this would be easier for you.
Other
