oh i like this. you get that sort of helpless feeling with kaho--she's kind of following but kind of also walking there, towards her destiny, towards eriol (she knows it's clow but won't call him that because names have power, beautiful touch)

i like the end better than the beginning, but that's probably because i love watching kaho and eriol interact--two people who sort of know each other and yet don't, and it's a gorgeous period of waiting and getting to know each other and themselves and where they stand.

and then, of course, they just have tea.

Thank you! I always kind of wondered, because at the time they both see the future to a degree. I mean, what is it like really to see someone face to face for the first time and know you're going to fall in love with them? It's got to be kind of surreal, I think.

Not to mention I really just wanted to write this relationship in a positive light, because I think it's sweet (and I also think that anyone who considers Kaho some creepy pervert is clearly missing the point that Eriol is like... hundreds of years her senior, if anything *lol*)
