The following chart shows the rough estimate of
The Zorcerer of Zo sales over the first six months of release of the book.
NOTE: This is considered "rough" because ZoZ's release date for pre-orders was 11-27-2007, but I can't parse the IPR sales data that fine (they pay and report quarterly, and 2Q2007 isn't over yet).

A quick look at DriveThruRPG, you get buried if you're not a d20 product. I'd never find your stuff casually looking on that website. Or even actively looking. I don't see much of your stuff on e23 either, because you have to actively dig to find what you want if it's not on the top downloads list.

FWIW, I don't have to do anything with DriveThru: since RPGNow and DTRPG are owned by the same entity, one populates the other.
But yeah, e23 is minimal. On the up side, those 18 sales are probably from people who just won't go to RPGNow/anywhere other then an SJG site.

I'd populate e23 if it was free/cost very little for nostalgia reasons. You're probably very right that those 18 sales come from people who would never go anywhere else.
But if DTRPG was not auto-populated by RPGNow, I'd say "waste of time and energy."

Except... DT astonished me this month by doing $70. My only theory is that it was connected to reviews appearing at RPGnet, sparking interest among folks who prefer to shop at DT. Possibly with a bit of cross-fertilisation from Scion looking at the pantheon book I released. The current cashback offer has not produced anything at all, unlike the earlier one at RPGNow.
