just made an appointment with my family doctor for the 28th. i don't know that i'll be able to last that long without limping to an er in the meanwhile because i literally cannot stand being. just. generally being. existing.

work is unmanageable. unsustainable. the stress from actually holding this kind of job has me so above and beyond stressed
