Charlie flicked his wand three times, changing the color of the table from its original to yellow, then to black, then back to the original wood.

He was so bored.

Walking into the common room, Jason felt a bit as though he had just walked onto stage. It was an odd feeling and he stopped for a minute and looked around, trying to figure out why he was sensing that. Seeing an older boy reclined on the sofa he could only assume it came from him.

Shuffling in that direction, the laces from his untied shoes making clicking sounds on the stoney floor, Jason approached the older boy. He shook his hair back out of his face before offering a smirk and greeting.

"Hey.."

Charlie gave the younger boy a wave.

"Hey, Jason. What's up?" he asked, putting down his wand and sitting up.

"Not much, not much" he mumbled wondering what the olderboy was up to. Spying his wand out he grinned.

"Were you doing magic?" he asked.
