Parvati reached out and laid her hand on his shoulder, squeezing it gently. "You help me so much already, just by being here. And you know I'll always be a part of your life. You can't escape me," she grinned at him.
She turned serious, biting her lip. "Ron will never apologize, Charlie. I was right all along, and he's against Harry now. But I get the feeling he'll never say he's sorry for hurting me so."
Charlie made a face. "Oh, great, stuck with youuuuu," he teased, then grinned.
After a moment, he became serious again. "I know you're not going to believe me, but Ron's not worth it, Vati. You should never be hurting like this. Honestly, I'd love to just throw him up against a wall and give him a peice of my mind."
Parvati poked him lightly in the shoulder. "I feel sorry for you, being stuck with me and all," she winked at him. "It's the worst fate ever!"
She titled her head at giggled. "But I'm also stuck with youi, which I guess is a pretty good thing," she said teasingly.
Parvati blushed when Charlie said he'd shove Ron up against the wall. It made her feel good, knowing he would stick up for her like that. She gave him a big smile.
"I'm getting better, Charlie," she said seriously. "It's just taking longer than I thought it would. I really will be okay. I know he's not worth it at all. He really is a frog. I do believe you. And if anyone ticks you off, I'll go after them faster than you can blink."
