Big robots and shaved tummies

Hah, I'm definitely the better medicine-giver :D As Steffen is playing War Hammer with some of his co-workers, I'm home alone and had to give Sully his medicine on my own. I was afraid I couldn't hold him because he's really strong and hates his medicine. I can't blame him, though, it tastes awful and he has to take it twice a day (for two weeks ( Read more... )

awww, it always looks so pityful when cats have bare bellies. luckily fur grows back quickly

it's the same here with movies being so much more expensive, around 10 euros or over, when it's in 3D

Yeah, Sully's belly isn't *that* bare anymore... the beautiful black fur start growing back already. Unfortunately we might have to shave it again next week to get another sonography...

he does not seem to bothered to have a naked belly now ;)

i went to the movie to see the pirates of the caribbean 4 (after not having been to the movie in one years, since i have been here) and we watched it 3D. i was sooooooooooo excited!!!! awww. ok, i have no clue if the storyline was any different, but i just was so excited to have many D3 underwater shoots ;))

True, he really doesn't mind... but it still looks so wrong and pitiful!

Oh and I also watched Pirates of the Caribbean 4 in 3D and enjoyed that. It's not that I don't like it, it's just so damn expensive *sigh*

i guess it is too expensive. but since such events are definitely a special treat (and only possible when i am in managua, not when i am out on the field working), i really don't care what the price is!

now i am planning to see HP in 3D!

Poor Sully :( Let´s hope his fur will grow back fast. By the way he looks a lot like Mephisto the cat I once had, but I had to give him away due to moving :/

Hey, so nice to see you on here! Just had a look at your profile at VF and saw you updated there a little more often. Are you feeling better by now? So sorry to hear about the trouble you have with your feet... must feel awful!

Aww, that's not fair you had to give away your cat Mephisto (cool name, by the way!). Sully's fur has already grown back a bit but we may have to shave it again next week for another sonography, we will see.

Yes I´m more on VF and Facebook than on here... LJ has become such a half-dead place, if compared to what it used to be like a few years ago!
Thanks, I´m feeling better finally... I had to stay at hospital for over a week after all, no matter I hated it there, so they could treat my high blood pressure and kidney problems that had obviously caused the swelling on my feet. I still have to take a medicine to keep my blood pressure under control, otherwise I should be fine by now.
It wasn´t easy to give Mephisto away, but I couldn´t take him with me when I moved to a new flat in March. Pets weren´t really allowed here, esp such naughty ones as Mephisto who would scratch up everything in his reach and act like a little demon :D However, at least I hope he´s happy and safe at his new home :)

I'm not on Facebook but a dozen people keep nagging me that I should join ;) but you're right, LJ has almost died... it's really sad!

Glad to hear you're feeling better. I hope you'll be fully recovered soon!
