I think one of the things that's neat about jogging and running with you...my pace is easily doubled from the shuffle jog I did this time last year.
I know we won't smash any records, but I'm betting I take quite a bit of time off last year's time at Joe's Run. You'll go into your first 5K with a better time than my first 5K.
I may not do much more than break some personal record with highland games, but walking and running will ensure that I'm still able to make it through the practice sessions without getting out of breath.
I definitely look forward to more walks with my sweetie.
Once you get up and moving about (and we can see how much rain fell and if the trails are gonna be too muddy, or not), we'll get hiking in a few! :)
